"PP" stands for post processing, generally done with Adobe's Photoshop or Lightroom programs or Apple's Aperture program. There are others. It's anything you do to correct, enhance or modify the photo file after you download it into your computer.
The term "minor PP" is somewhat subjective, generally referring slight noise reduction, adjustments to color, contrast and sharpness.
If the adjustments are readily noticeable, they're probably not minor.
