I just noticed there is an error in the Pros and Cons:
the DR should be in the Cons, not pros, as it is rather poor performing compared to just about anything you care to put into the menu there -...

lens tests show that the sony lenses aren't THAT bad - but the Fuji lenses before these two new ones are very above average.
I think this camera may do better in performance tests with the faster...

I think it really depends on the camera's label.
If it says "Samsung" it gets criticized... if it's among the ones they prefer (the ones they have lying around in the office - see size comparison...

it's not the quantity of lenses, but the quality... and there are all the other Fuji lenses you can use with this... and with the exception of these two new lenses, all the others are brighter on...

If any focus speed difference, how much of that is due to the new "slower" lenses available with this, compared to the other models that had brighter lenses when tested? Might it do as well as...

could you please direct me to where you see that the IQ is different - where you see identical test shots for the XM1 vs XE1? as far as I know, they had a different test scene when they evaluated...

it is the geometry, the optical illusion from the shadow, that makes this a success.
unless you want to reduce it to a "stock photography" photo of someone climbing...

well ok, maybe it's the same sensor with a different color filter array... but it's totally OK to call the sum of those parts a different sensor... saying it is the same reassures us that it is the...

I could live without an EVF - although I do prefer to have one for backup for bright sun - and I find it great that I can have a Bayer-type sensor, paired with awesome lenses, for a more affordable...
