Lea5: If someone uses a 50D or 60D and is looking for an entry Full Frame solution, the 6D is a no brainer. There are many who can't or wan't spend the money for a 5DIII and will be happy with this camera. I would get one.
and how much less do you think the shady retailers will sell a 6D? Comparing back alley price of 5Dmk3 to MSRP of 6D is quite disingenuous.
Back of napkin calculation: dark grey market price of $2750 on a $3499 MSRP 5Dmk3 translates to a $1650 price of a 6D from the same seller, assuming you can get it without being upsold a kidney harvested in an ice water bath last night from a passed out rave-goer at Motel 6.
