I don't like bokeh
Dezzza: Who will take this camera to shoot with JPG? It'a not a smartphone.
So... DPR is for them? That's funny.
sunilkumar: compare JPG/RAW with other gold award camera justmeMN. 7D is not as good as K3 but...
PS - I am neither Pentax nor canon shooter.
You Nikon, Panasonic and Canon shooter )
Dear RichardI don't care about FluCard. And I don't care about incamera JPG
I even can not understand people to buy top level in class camera and not take an advantage of RAW files )))

Retzius: I can't believe you ended the review with this:
"It's not a camera to change systems for, but it's well worth upgrading to, and good enough to make the Pentax system worth considering if you have no existing commitments."
In effect, you are bluntly saying "don't buy this camera if you are a Nikon or Canon user."
Nikon and Canon will be happy now :)
DPR is too lazy to interview Ricoh/Pentax?
Donnie G: One of the nice things about being a member of a camera club is that I get a chance to try out camera kits that I am curious about even though I don't own them. Most of our members, including me, own Canon or Nikon, so I get to play with the latest and greatest from those companies all the time. Before last Christmas there was only one Pentax 645D, one Sony A7, and two Sony SLT A77 owners in the club. Sorry, no M4/3s shooters yet. Well, the SLT A77 guys have now both switched to the Pentax K-3, and the 645D shooter has added a K-3 to her kit. That tells me that there is much to like about the Pentax K-3. :)
My K5 AF is great indoor with DA40, FA50 1,4, FA77I have no problem really.
roddigphot: I am far too busy taking pictures to argue about specification, so all I can say is currently the Gopro Hero 3+Black is the best action cam on the planet bar none
Garmin's Virb are also nice
I don't like it at all
It's just bad pictures.Photog's guilty
Mescalamba: Why would anyone buy this?
2 tkbslc "They might finally be selling, but Pentax isn't making a dime at those prices."
So who cares?
HubertChen: On the poor Video rating: Is it not so that most cameras do not offer such a long list of resolutions & frame rates? If you need a specific resolution but your camera does not have it you are very buggered. I am surprised that Pentax' effort to offer all resolution / frame rate combinations in one camera is not positively mentioned. E.g. the latest Panasonic Camera sells in two versions for PAL and NTSC frame rates. ( Really annoying if you need both ). As for the missing external microphone: If you make the effort to use external microphone, then why not use an external recorder too. It offers also significantly better signal to noise ratio than any build in microphone pre-amplifier. So that minus point to me seems academic but not real world relevant.
Who cares much about video in DSR????
Of course it's sepia!
Problems with yellow
Graystar: Musta had an excess supply of shutter buttons...
I try to simulate 2-nd button with my phone and think it will be very camfortable to take pictures
Dezzza: I think to mark which lenses were used in those pic will be a dood thing. You play with different lenses, didn't it?
Oh, thank you!
