does this camera DMC-TS20 take better pictures than iphone 4s?

I have a 7d right now. But don't have any lenses yet.If I get a 18-55 IS right now, would I be ok for awhile? (while I save some $ for a L lens later)what are your thoughts about the 18-55 IS lens?

I am going to disney world soon.Which camera should I bring?1. Canon 7d with 50 mm lens 2. Canon 7d with 24-105mm lens 3. Lumix GF2 with 14-140mm lensI want to just bring 1 camera with 1 lens.
