When you use a TS lens for panoramic photography you have to try (e.g. with a macro rail) to move/shift the camera and not the lens (keep the lens stationary).

Sadly not true, at least in Europe it's the same new policy. :-(And without a worldwide policy they would have the problem of re-imports.RegardsJuergen

It would be very interesting if you could also compare with FoCal results, it should be possible to use the same pictures with FoCal manual mode.RegardsJuergen

Just curious, why is the EXIF data in the picture telling a completely different story (Nikon D2x, captured in 2009, 1/800s, 32mm)?RegardsJuergen

Can you please describe your problem with the first (early) Pixel grip? Thanks and best regards!Juergen

This is exactly what I don't understand, it would be so handy to have the angle in the EXIF data. No more looking for vertical/horizontal lines in the picture, only one click and the picture would...

Actually I would love to do the adjustments (fine tune) myself, but the implementation is just to basic to be of real help most of the time, especially with zoom-lenses (Canon offers at least two...

Dear Oscar, actually I think it's a very positive outcome that you had already forgotten this service episode.I can still remember my first visit to the local Nikon service 30 years ago (with my F2)...

Yes, indeed. It's a shame that Nikon seems to think $3000 for the body is not enough for such a simple (but convenient) feature.Regards

This makes perfectly sense, there is mechanical vignetting of the lens tube (build in shade) if you stop down - remember its a DX lens.Regards
