OIS would drain the battery. As it is the battery is rated at 1 hour (probably more like 45 minutes).

32GB SD card will hold 7.5 min of RAW video.
1TB hard drive will hold around 4 hours of RAW footage.

Handholding this thing with a pancake is going to be highly awkward - there is no space for your thumb, so you have to hold it from under the lens - smallish pancakes are not gonna balance well....
