Hi-I have owned the Nikon S9100 and from what I read it is very similar to S9300- I was not impressed by the camera, but then again I am very picky on IQ.

I mean that the rim that holds the lens to the camera is a very hard thing to brake- but what do I know. It is easy to brake plastic if it is brittle and old, but new plastic and the small pieces...

never had this problem,but soemtimes with my d5000 the camera cannot read the sd card after I inserted it- then I remove and replace it again and its all there.
