Of course, the problem is that kids have all the time in life to figure how to scratch it including the tools in the house which probably include diamond or carbide knife sharpeners. They'll figure out something...
So now finally I can leave this nice little piece of technology at the reach of kids without minding to have to sue them, their family and their descendants for any damage. Makes sense!
