Rishi:The D500 have no built-in flash. This is very important as a fill-in flash. Can you tell Nikon to include the in-built flash in their upgraded D500.Manzur
A built in flash in D500 would be very useful.
Budfox42: As far as I can see, the issues are banding when images under 400 ISO are pushed in post processing more than + 3 EV. Outside of that, the native ISO performance is average for current cameras, except those using using sony sensors/software. I don't see this is fatal to the camera as I never push more than 2EV in any case - photos that need that much pushing make me reconsider my technique.
I have a D7200 at home. Brilliant camera. But I admit that the pics are not as nice as those taken with my M9 - despite its lower pixel count and ISO performance. Further, Leica have twice now repaired for free out of warranty cameras for me, and have recently redeveloped an otherwise superseded sensor (M9) and offered free repair to all M9 owners - I think they deserve credit at least for product support.
I await real world images to see the real quality of the SL pics. I don't think that pushing low ISO's by +4EV to +6EV is a fair basis upon which to assess the likely quality of this new camera.
Technically this is behind the Japanese and Korean cameras, yet the price is outrageouis.
Sony A7R II is very good, but missing is the top LCD dispay and built flash like Nikon. With these two features I will buy it
My wish list:Use the D750 body then either modify or add all the features from D810, change sensor to 56MB (which, I understang Nikon is developing) add K4 (better K8). It will be an ideal camera for everybody.Manzur
Will the D800/D800E include Stereo sound and PAL/NTSC, auto dust cleaning in some form?
