Bryan-What it did was to leave the EVF on and would not switch to the LCD even tho auto switch was on.

I figured it was nothing more than the raindrop fooling the sensor into thinking it was my face,hand or whatever was blocking the sensor.Just was mystified due to the subtle effect of a raindrop.
