I guess it's a matter of creative taste. But the e-Sessions I shoot, the clients love shots with blurred foregrounds.

Here's another example of blur in the foreground and then in the background.  The 85mm is perfect for this type of composition because of it's shallow depth of field.

When you are shooting e-sessions with couples, blur in the foreground can produce some very interesting results.
