Off topic but I do calibrate my monitor with my graphics card's control panel so I can differentiate all the boxes in DPR's reviews, and I calibrate gamma (to 2.2 IIRC) as well using a test image....

I say, no! Even at that size (downsizing reduces noise) and that amount of push (+4EV) the banding is very low in magnitude. It definitely wouldn't matter in real world usage.

I doubt it, CX has a much shorter flange focal distance, the lenses would only be usable for macro.

I only have a consumer monitor, and I guess you said it was a subtle effect. There is some banding there.

I pushed it \~4-5 stops in photoshop with curves, and I could see something like that... at 100%... it's superb performance for ISO-6400.
