Some homeless guy getting a warning in Prague. B&W JPEG OOC, taken with Sigma 10-20 zoom. I did not raise the camera to my eye for fear of being given a warning myself!
ShKen: Hi all,People asked me regarding SLR EXIF data, well: provide EXIF for DSLR. For SLR do your best to provide technical data. For this challenge let us agree that any FF or medium format camera will be considered as professional.
Sorry but the original rules did not stipulate FF DSLR. Hence my entry using a Nikon D300, and possibly the reasons others submitted photos taken on smaller sensor cameras.
Just an observation on the theme for the challenge. Here in the UK if we were found to be taking photographs of children, at school, or on their way to school, wherever (if they are not our own children alone) we would be arrested and face all sorts of investigations. This is because child protection issues have become a major issue. It would not be a defence to plead that any photographs would be for innocent purposes. Further to then post those on a public forum would only exacerbate the situation. The end result could easily be that the photographer would find themselves on the sex offenders register, which has no time limit on it.
Therefore UK photographers - be warned.
You are quite right - careless of me really must pay more attention! Ideally they would have been spotted after the pic taken, but the small screen on the D50 makes it alittle difficult. Thanks
