Potatoes are about $1.50 a Kilo,
Macca's sell their french fries @ $2.30 for 50grams, therefore you are paying $46.00 for a kilo of potatoes fried in shiitty canola oil.

NOW,,,back to Leica...what was i gonna say..........

LastChance4U: For the premium that Nikon charges for their products, they sure do have a lot of recalls/issues.

@chlamchowder.....CEOs send their manufacturing companies broke with your mentality.

makofoto: OK, if they have long zooms it means folks will want to shoot sports with them. SO HOW IS THE AUTO FOCUS when shooting sports action?

Long zoom is for shooting the American flag on the moon.

It's commercial work, the HDR attracts the public eye, bright colours always do.
I think his personal work would not be PP in such manner...well i hope he doesn't.....HDR is like getting sick on chocolate.

EXACTLY dpr4bb.....we ALL have a right to express whatever we want, then smile and have a beer.

dagobah: Too bad this camera was considered a flop. I feel it was very misunderstood. Personally, I have been happy with mine for thousands of images. It makes me shoot in a way that's quite different than looking through a viewfiender, and for landscapes I've found it's been incredible for composition. Good for street photography, too. Looking at the LCD is much less conspicuous than looking through a viewfinder. It is not good for anything fast (e.g. sports). Anyway, mine has been great for travel. It fits into a tiny bag with the 40mm XS, so that allows me to fit an extra lens in my carryon compared to a DSLR.

It was a success in Asia, where it mattered.

Kirk Bruner: Same sensor with different features. Why does the writer have so much trouble wrapping his head around that when Sony and Nikon have been doing that very thing for years?

because this is DPR and shouldn't be taken serious, just have your coffee and a laugh.
