No thanks. Our GoPro 3 was bricked within a week while on vacation, and we lost some great opportunities to shoot video. It's a known issue with the 3 series and lots of users have had problems. Just Google it. This product should have been recalled, instead GoPro kept selling this junk camera for months and months without fixing the issue. I'll never buy anything from GoPro again.
BobT3218: That surprises me. I left Google for Firefox. Unlike most other browsers, Google refuses to implement colour management resulting in colours that look wrong. Have they fixed it in Google+ or what?
Not true on both counts. Firefox has color management built in, but it's not enabled by default.
Very cool photo. Where was this taken?
I wonder if it's sharper than the 24-120. The MTF at 24mm is encouraging, the MTF at 85mm less so.
I'm usually bored by landscapes, but this one really appeals to me. I think it's the crisp clear weather and the warm afternoon sun, which together with the snow-capped peak gives me the feeling of being outdoors on a beautiful, but cool, spring day.
Not like Canon to announce vaporware like this, almost half a year before release. And where are the sample photos? Does this camera even exist yet?
Two stops higher ISO than the D3s -and- a 50% higher pixel count. I really want to see some examples of what this beast can do.
