The Globe
Taken on: Jun 14, 2012
Bleeding heart flowers are refracted through a morning water drop. They are in focus in the drop of water but out of focus in the background. These moments last a very short time. The dew drops can fall at the slightest hint of wind or movement of the leaf. The water drop is almost perfectly round and reminded me of our earth and how delicateness of the planet. Moments after the photo was taken the drop was gone.

I was taking pictures in my garden and this flower immediately reminded me of a comet. Sometimes geometrical patterns can repeat in many different sizes.

Candelabra
Taken on: Jun 14, 2012
Aptly named by one of our astute consultants as it appears like a candelabra under the appropriate lighting.
