One of my earliest digital shots and though not the best technically, I still like the illusion it creates...a bird on the wing going full out like a fighter jet, leaving nothing but a gust of air and an oh so brief impression of it's form in it's wake.

A brand new custom blue Mustang GT500 Cobra parked in a blue handicapped parking stall outside of Geezer's restaurant in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This was NOT a staged shot. I came to the restaurant to get some food and it was just parked there like that. Pretty funny.

■ Couple of dolphins jumping very high on cue, to get a fishy reward from the hands of its caretaker. This amazing jump does require incredibly accurate technique and utmost coordination on the part of both trainer and dolphins, most especially if they want to get their tasty reward after such considerable effort ( 18-feet high jump ). Taken handheld from very far at Madrid's Zoo Aquarium dolphinarium (Spain) late in the afternoon, with a Panasonic Lumix TZ7 (ZS3) ( 225 mm, f/4.6, 1/250 sec., ISO 80 ). Available light was going down fast but the fairly quick shutter speed has very effectively frozen the dolphins and a myriad water droplets in mid-air.
