Flood warning siren

One of the flood warning sirens at Walcott sea front. With much opposition from the local residents, these sirens have been replaced by a system of automated telephone and email messages to be sent in the event of possible flooding. This new system has proven to be unreliable at best, and only reaching a small number of inhabitants of the area when it does work. New is not always best! TZ20/ZS10
