in Graz (capital of Styria) there is the famous house of art (http://www.graztourismus.at/cms/beitrag/10007444/2866248/) which can be lighted in all colors from inside. Since it was daytime I just used the reflections of the center of Graz.
If you could pump up magnification you would see thousands of colorful locks in the railing fence of the bridge.

The trough is wooden as is used providing water for cattle.
The sign reads 'if you drink water you should be aware of the origin'.

Used triangular color pens from my son (including all usage marks), stacked them in triangles in a way which looks centered from POV. Built this polygon and placed off center. Focus stack of 16 shots. Tripod adds another sort of triangles. Left the shadows (reduced by reflector). Sligthly saturated.
