Jake was born on July 29, 1997. On December 19, 2011, the day this photograph was taken, Jake was 14 1/2 years old, and still a very handsome dog. Unfortunately, time had taken its toll on him in several ways. About 8 hours after this photo was taken, Jake went to sleep for the last time. He was a great dog, and well loved.
