Well, this is interesting--I've been doing a lot of research on the K-30 recently, and I just started looking through this gallery. Coincidentally, I was tent-camping at Crater Lake the same day this picture was taken. I'd brought along my Casio EX-FH20, and I happened to take almost exactly the same shot as this (though, I think mine is from a few hours earlier in the morning).

Note all the snow patterns are exactly the same.

Looking at the quality/dynamic range comparison gives me a bit more incentive to upgrade my camera... Nice shot!

Yes, Crater Lake. The deepest in No.America, the blue sky turns the lake indigo. Have to see it to believe it, always looks unreal!
