Trensamiro - Either you mis-typed or you have your ISO's backwards or upside down. The higher the ISO number, the more noise in the image. The lower the ISO number, the better the quality. Therefore, ISO 125 (should) give you a better image quality as opposed to ISO 1250.
Sorry but I can't believe this image was taken at ISO 125.
I've downloaded the Original size and checked the EXIF data and it indeed says ISO 125 but the image quality is already quite poor for ISO 1250 let alone ISO 125.
Something must be wrong with the EXIF data.
Look at the caption; it says it's digital-zoomed...
