1/200 of a second is pretty fast. In that case, you might want to lower the ISO to reduce noise at the expense of shutter speed. To really test a situation where you need that high ISO, maybe make it 1/10 of a second for each ISO. You might need some neutral density filters or to move the light source away to maintain the shutter speed at higher ISO. It could be useful to compare 1/1000, 1/100, 1/10, 1, and 10 second shutter speeds at each ISO, but that would be a lot of work.

That's really pushing it for a 4/3 sensor. These results are better than expected in my opinion.
