Too much noise for only ISO 1600..
These shots are so life-like, they remind me of what I used to get from film cameras!I'm starting to get nostalgic...If only I still had my Nikon FM10.
Nice shots! If I were rich I would buy this camera.Instead I'll have to settle for the Sony NEX-5N. Poor little me.
Looking forward to some comparison shots with Nikons, Canons, etc. using the same Sigma lenses in respective mounts.
Well, there's a fair amount of detail - e.g. the scoreboard - but the colours are bleeding all over the place. And it looks as if the stadium is surrounded by flowerbeds, not spectators. But then again it's a studio camera, isn't it?
That's a disturbing amount of noise for such a low ISO (1600) relative even to today's entry-level cameras costing 1/10th the price -- not a positive harbinger, unfortunately.
Hmmm. This seems to be like the previous versions of the Foveon sensor--really desaturated colors as the ISO goes up, especially the reds.
