Moonlit Slightly Clouded Starry Night Sky Autumn Fall Color Leaves Scenery meant for potential Self-Portrait on floating dock on lake by family cottage. I was hoping to stand at the end of the floating dock by the lake under the dark moonlit night hoping the skies would clear up later so the stars cold be seen. You can still see a stars in the sky where it is clear of clouds. The lake reflection was crystal clear as there were no ripples whatsoever, I would have to hold still on the dock or it would have created ripples in the water clear across the lagoon. I used the stars in the sky and water reflection to 'level' the image. The camera is facing west, late evening, the sun already long set after dinner, but the moon was high up in the sky behind the camera lighting up the lake and forest. It is actually near pitch black but for the moon light. I hope later to learn some 'photoshop' so I can bring out the stars of the sky.
