Guess Who's Coming To Dinner?
Spider sucking the juice out of some beetle, when a tiny, but very swollen, fly decides to come over unannounced. When I took this series of shots last summer, I didn't even notice the fly until viewing the pictures later on a computer. In this shot, the fly climbed up the beetle and looked the spider in the eyes, then went on about his business. The fly walked all around the other two and eventually walked away. Probably because it was too fat to fly. ;o)
