Don't forget to buy a few rolls of film!

Looks like you have it covered

I'd add a Gordy wrist strap in leather as well if it was me - perfect for the X100/s

I don't see a leather case or half case in your laundry list. Otherwise I'm impressed!

edit: I just realized you ordered the silvermodel Once you have it in your hands you'll see why we dogged the bloggers who complained about silver.  cheers!

How about some new bags...

That collection needs a stylish leather decorated bag  like a Billingham + some sporty sling bag  + possibly a backpack

Still some shopping to do - perhaps also your wife can get a Prada or a Longchamp ...

For my taste the X100s has a lousy hand grip, well non existent.  the result caused three fingers to bunch while the other two and palm are holding the camera. Point is that it is very uncomfortable to use.

I mentioned the Really Right Stuff Grip and even posted pictures. A few complaints about it being too large or something like that. The base plate and grip and form fitting and the grip gives enough hold that it makes the X100s and for that matter when I had the XE-1 more enjoyable to use.

Just a suggestion, the RRS grip and baseplate about $130. You do not need the "L" plate component unless you use a Arca Swiss head.

*Camera Bag

I have both the TT 10 bag like you have. In addition I got the the Billingham Hadley Digital. This bag allows the X100s with RRS grip, 28 mm conversion lens and small flash, SD cards, cleaning stuff and even a small table top tripod.

I traveled with this bag to include the X100s as described but I also added the Sony RX 100 mark ii for video. Fuji X sucks at video and don't depend on it for that.

*Filters

MC clear filter

tiffen 812 warming filter

I decided to hold off on the ND filter since it has a built in ND, works great.

Just saying you may need a second bag.

Couple macro's just for experiment purposes, just arbitrary spur of the moment.

You may want to return that SD card and get yourself a faster one. Go for the Extreme Pro that will set you back around $50 for the 32GB version. The one you ordered is fine if you're the type that slowly shoots only one frame at a time, but the camera will feel like it's tanking if you start taking shots in quick succession.

No, your bag is full, that's all.

Good luck with the X-100s, one go the best Fuji X body (better in black IMHO).

Having had an X100 since 2011, with hindsight my equivalent list would be:

X100S 16 MP Digital Camera with 2.8-Inch LCD (Silver)

B+W 49mm Clear UV Haze Multi-Resistant Coating (010M)

49mm Black Filter Adapter Ring

SanDisk Ultra 32 GB SDHC Class 10 Flash Memory Card

All the rest is superfluous.  I've bought many accessories but dumped them all in favour of the items above.  Extra batteries, bought them never needed them.  Bags, bought them, they lie unused. Thumb grip, bought, now at the back of the drawer.  Soft releases - never did see the point. Hood, bought as part of the adaptor set, in the same drawer as the thumb grip.

Enjoy your camera though, but just take pictures, no need for all the extras - in my view.  Having said that I enjoyed selecting and buying them - just haven't used them after the initial opening of the boxes...

In 1990, diagnosed with depression. A 24 year journey that I could write a book about. Also, open to talking about.

Yes, a pun ... but meant more for those Germanic analyticals like myself, who need a nudge. Davman with 24 years of experience, it is accepted part of my life. Be assured, no offence intended.

I appreciate your nudge, thank you.
