Hmm...

It's a newly launched microstock site targeted at smartphone users (see this article here). As it has just been launched I doubt anyone has much experience with it.

It would be interesting to know what sort of vetting procedure photos go through. iStock and Shutterstock etc. have pretty stringent requirements covering quality, copyright infringement, model release etc.

Like iancrowe said, nobody has much experience after three days. It`s a common microstock site, but they are specialized in smartphone photos and especially in licensing Instagram pics. There are more than 150 mio Instagram photos, so i think it`s a great idea.

I can`t find anything about the vetting procedure. But they say on their site, that they want fresh and authentic photos, not only the perfect clean stock photos. You can upload only 10 photos per week. So you will only upload your best shots.

Microstock was a term coined to describe a stock photography site that sold images for relatively small prices $5-$10 rather than the more traditional $100-$1000+. The sites relied on massive turnover to make profits. The micro refers to the individual image pricing.

They worked (and still do) by attracting the amateur photographer by offering a limited but rather easy source of income.

I'm not sure what the vetting proceedure is, but I have just received an invitation to upload my photos - they found my photos on 500PX and sent me an email to ask if I would be interested. Perhaps I'll have them send me the package and I'll go from there. I'll respond further here if there's any interesting info to add.

that's exactly what happened to me.  so i created an account with them and uploaded a bunch of pictures.  i'm still uploading pictures cause you can only upload 10 per week.  so far since I've joined them, I've sold approximately 0 pictures.
