Color checker Passport
Apr 10, 2013

I have been using the CCPP and now have a couple of profiles that I don't want to keep and I can't figure out how to delete them out of Lightroom. I call X-rite and was instructed since the pro duct was only $99,00 that  I should watch videos. Will be my last purchase from them. Anyway, I am working on a iMac. Thanks.

There is manager program they have that lets you rename, remove, etc.  It is only available by responding to an email you get from them when you register.

The profiles are just stored in a folder. You can delete them, then restart your editing program and they should be gone.

I don't know where they are located on Macs.

I would think a quick file search for the name you named the profile would show the location of the file. I am not on my post processing computer now otherwise I would test this out.

If you cant find the file to delete, use the xrite software to create another profile and take note of where it saves it. Now you have the path..
