This is one of the best 2m pixel cameras i've come accross. I've been searching long and hard to replace a 35mm SLR with a decent digital camera, within a certain price bracket. This camera didn't have manual overides but the control of the focus and the lightmeter was just supperb. Image quality was of the highest standards and Zoom & focus quite fast. Pentax were a bit late in the digital race but I belive they have a overall winner in this price bracket. The macro facility worked very well in my tests. If it's a good point & shoot camera your looking for, with the ability to overide the most importand features, then you have found the right camera.
Problems:
Optical viewfinder could be of a better quality. It looked a bit "hazy" to me; but at least its got one. The camera feels a bit light (that might be good). I prefer a better "weighted" camera with a nice grip in order to stabilize it better. But all in all a very good buy!
