Fujifilm FinePix A210 Zoom review

Within its limitations, makes very fine pictures. Fits easily in my pocket - very lightweight, even with the batteries. Two gripes: the flash is anemic, compared to my old Fuji 1400 (I'm guessing that's because this is a 2-AA model and the 1400 used 4 AAs); and the stepped electronic zoiom takes some getting used to. Probably not the camera for you if it's to be your only one, but for a backup and carry-along, it's a very nice and affordable package.

Problems:

I had a problem with battery life and was about to send it to Fuji for repair when the problem suddenly disappeared. Since then I've probably taken 1000 shots and the problem hasn'r come back.
