Pentax Optio 33L review

This is a excellent digital camera of great value that tends to slip through the attention and interest of most people due to its traditional camera appearance. Actually, I never noticed this camera until my friend's recommewndation (he has been a photo shopkeeper for over 20 years). I bought 33L based upon his recommendation and love it immediately.

Pros:
Using least expensive CF memory card.
AA size battery (vital to copnvenience when travel abroad).
Swivel LCD screen enables me to shoot over crowd from outside.
Easy navigation of manu.
Built-in color filters, 3D effect, stitched panorama.

Cons:
Casing material of polycarbonate looks cheap as film point and shoot (but it also has better "bouncing" capability than those flashy metal body when being dropped, in other words, less chance to become bent or dented).

I would nominate 33L as "The Digital Camera of Best Value" and highly recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

Problems:

None
