Minolta DiMAGE S414 review

I bought the wrong camera really. This is a snapshot camera but even for this purpose its performance is poor. The autofocus is absolutely useless and countless good photos have been completely ruined. I have to use manual focus for every photo which is not user friendly with the camers focussing to minimum distance every time you turn it on. Image quality is ok when in focus and the camera is strongly made. I have dropped it onto tarmac with only minor damage.

Problems:

Apart from the focusing the battery life is also very poor. Have to go through several menus to change minor settings like iso speed or white balance even the self timer is unreliable.
