Which lens you use the most, and which one gives you the most fun?

Hello, I was wondering what lenses where used the most, and if the lens that you use the most, is also the one that give you the most fun/enjoyment.
So, Which lens you use the most?
And wish one you think is the most fun to use?
Thanks for your answers.

Fun... hmm. The most fun because it is so impossible is my Ultra-Micro-NIKKOR 55mm f2. Expensive little gem from the 1960's for industrial purposes like early chip production. With m39 thread and an unusual 43mm flange distance, a set focus for 1:4 reproduction and an f2-f8 range it is quite an impossible lens to use. But that is what makes it fun... When you get a shot, it has something special. I built my own adapter for it which gives it about 1:2.5 magnification, and offers trap focus.

Very sweet pictures, I love the "macro" shots, I did not knew that was possible with that lens,
I do not have a 70-200mm. The lens i use the most is the 100-400mm. but the one i think is the most fun to use is my 100mm f1:2.8 L macro.

Personally, I grab my 16-35mm first, even though I need to add a good slug of sharpness when I post process. Next is the 70-200 f/2.8, and it is nice an sharp from the get go.

The lenses I use most are the ones that suit the topic I am after and it is dependent on my personal learning curve over time.
The lens that touched me most is the TS-E 17 which gives incredible images.
The lens next to that is my TS-E 90 which gives incredible unique shots - very crisp and saturated and fine detail.
Followed by ma 135 f/2.0 which is unbelievably good - especially when taking the price into account.
And my recently most used lens is my 300 f/2.8 II which is almost insanely sharp and almost perfect but it is also my most expensive lens and unfortunately with some 2.4 kg also my largest and heaviest lens I'd like to hike with. Maybe on the long rum my favorite toy - almost as unique as the TS-E 17

just a joy to use - especially with a monopod.

I use the 24-105 and now the 24-70/2.8L mk II the most. It's my walk around standard zoom.
The lens I have the most fun with is the 35L. When I got time to use that lens over the zoom, it usually means I got enough time to slow down and be more creative with my composition and lighting.

It rarely comes off the camera.

Most used: 17-55 then 24-105 Most fun: 10-22

The lens I used the most was the 17-22 f2.8. Since upgrading to FF, it is now the 24-105L. I guess standard zooms are just so convenient.
The lens I had the most fun was the 10-22. Now, I need a UWA for FF.

Well, as my work photography differs from my personal-time shooting, I will differentiate beween the two. At work, on 7D cameras, I use a 100mm Macro L for more scenes, but find the 10-22mm EF-S more fun. I shoot evidentiary photography, at night, while wearing a police badge, and these two lenses do just about everything I need.
On my own time, nothing is quite as much fun as my EF 40mm 2.8 STM, usually on a 5D, but also fun on a cropped-frame camera. This is largely due to the 40mm field-of-view being very natural, and the tiny size of this lens, which transforms a heavy DSLR into an amazingly handy, nimble camera that can be carried in a quite compact belt pouch. I should mention that the 10-22mm is very fun to use during my personal time, too. (I own the photography equipement I use at work.)

This or a similar question pops up once & a while, and I always say the 24-105 f/4L . It is not my best lens, nor my favorite. But it is the most versatile lens I own for both a FF & APS body.
The most fun lens I would have to say my 100 Macro, it sees a lot of use as well.

They're all fun . . .
In reply to Telhma,

. . . just depends on what I'm doing at the time.
If I'm shooting my grandkids indoors, I love using my fast primes--35L and Sigma 85.

If I'm outdoors with the grandkids, I'm having fun with my 70-200 f/4L IS.

OTOH, there are few things I enjoy more than shooting wildlife with my 100-400L,

. . . or walking around in NYC with my 24-70 f/2.8L II.

I like them all, each has its advantages. I am especially amazed at my Sigma 18-50mm f.28 for being such a practical, lightweight allrounder. One lens that always gives me much joy is my Sigma 50 mm f2.8 - and thanks to its small size and weight, it is with me most of the time (EXIF data on lens are wrong, Canon does not like to mention non-Canon lenses):

I am also so much pleased about the bird pcis I get with my 100-400mm L IS - too bad it is so heavy that I cannot always have it with me on all my trips:

Congrats! They are really outstanding... while I have seen some good pictures here, I have never seen that level of mastery here on dpr so far...

I also noticed many 70-200mm responses. I agree, it's a great lens.

From my recent 13 days trip to Phuket I used the 10mmEFSzoom and the 17-55 f2.8 efs the most for landscape, I didn't need anything longer because I was able to get close enough to where ever I was shooting. This was on my 7D.
For indoor shots, I love my new 24mm 2.8 I.S, I can shoot virtually in the dark and get sharp images of the subject(everyone else who moved will be blurred). On 7D or my 5d classic.
For portraits I have the 135mm F/2, the 100mm L I.S macro or the 70-200mmL 2.8 I.S Mk2, I love all of them, just depends on my mood I guess. I brought the 70-200mmL2.8 I.S Mk2 to Phuket and I only used it onced to photograph portrait shots of my girlfriend on the beach during golden hour and shots of sunset handheld in which I didn't really planned for.
