The accidental breast.
1

I was out shooting a building this afternoon and noticed a railroad crossing light nearby. So I walked over and shot the light from below hoping to get something unique. I did alright but not whay I expected. No photoshop trick here. This is what the image looked kike when I pulled it up on the computer. I never noticed the image in the view finder. I'm assuming it's a reflection of some kind but in this exact shape?

What you see is what you get, The accidental breast.

That's a richly layered image. I can see the landscape reflected in the bulbous red glass. The top of the sky is cropped by the relflection of the light hood. When I first viewed this I saw the red reflector as being at the outward end of a black tapered tube, inverted outward if you get my meaning. I saw the white as negative space around a black torpedo shape with a red reflector tip. Then I saw the red was actually inside of the hood. So for me the image has several ways to view it. Some of them are illusions. What you see in your minds eye is what you get in your head.

Re: The accidental breast.

With all the serious threads around here this is a nice distraction. This image somehow leaves me wanting cheeries, don't know why.

...it's not really a pacifier on the beer gut of a flat chested man?  I guess what we see depends on the environment we come from.

I was poking around in the gardens at our Cuban resort — and found this with my E-5 and ZD-50.
