All very nice. I especially like the ones using long exposure times to smooth out the water. Are you using an ND filter of some kind?

Nr 2 and 5 are epic! I don't comment often to this kind of threads, but now I had to! Love nr 2 because of the moon halo. Excellent work!

Is that stair trail photo a composite of multiple exposures?  Did you use a filter for it?

Also, they are all great! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks. No filter here, this is taken in the night.. I used the timelapse app, 30 sec raw exposures, 1 sec intervals and 180 shots. Edited  and synced in LR 4.3 then stacked in startrails.exe.

The idea is to just stay up for the sunrise.  Like I tell my wife - you'll have plenty of time to sleep after you're dead.

Great images - very nice work.  I'd like an explanation for #6.

Thanks. Steel wool without soap inside a steel whisk, tie a rope in the whisk.. light the steel wool with a 9 volt battery or a lighter, start spinning and let the sensor collect the beauty.
