Hi Bruno,

Congratulations are in order then!

How many shutter activations on your LX5 do you reckon, in that time?  I'm surprised that it hasn't ditched you and traded you in for a younger model :-D, especially since you keep dragging it out in all sorts of weather just to capture the wonderful images that you share with us.  I remember the first frame in this current set, but I must have missed the second.

Thanks Bruno - keep on keeping on!

Happy anniversary, Bruno. I am so glad you are a member of this forum. You add so much to the experience for me; and I am sure others. Looks like the past winters have been light on snow. El Niño or La Niña?

I've frequented the Nikon, Canon, and Pana forums since before buying my new Coolpix 950 many years ago. I've learned so much but, regrettably, have posted only a little. I'm a typical "lurker", I guess -- absorbing all the knowledge I can without "giving back" much.

Thankfully, there are many posters who are not like me and "give back" on a regular basis. I am grateful for each and every one of you. One standout contributor is you, Bruno. You see the good in everyones' photos, and you always have something nice to say. Your posts are uplifting -- quick to compliment and never discourage.

So Happy Anniversary Bruno. I'm glad you're here.

Congrats on two years of posting Bruno. And please keep on dazzling us with your masterful photos.

It looks like you are putting in over 5300 posts a year. Wow!  When do you find time to take pictures?

Seriously, your work is awe inspiring. Keep it up.

Dear Bruno!

I'm really amazed, that you put so much time into this and answer for everyone with kind words. As mentioned by others you allways find at least one good detail and your words are encourage us. Today it's a very needful approach.

God bless you and your family.

Tom

Congratulations Bruno.  Surely, it must be more than two years? Good idea, taking same position shot over a period of time - time moves on and the light changes
