Would love help on this picture (for school yearbook)

Hello, it's been a little while since I have posted a picture for advice on here.  I'm normally just a lerker, but I would love some help on this picture.

This is my sister in law.  She wanted some pics of her at a barn she works at.  Pictures were taken just for fun.

I found out today that she wants to use one of them for her senior yearbook photo.  Is there any tips you can recommend to do to make the photo better.

More then welcome to play and post edits.  

There was so many errors that I made with this picture, but she loved it.  Any way to fix my mistakes?

Didn't want to go too far (and yes, I could have; trust me.   lol).   Kept it all on the photo side.  Your original lacked clarity to me so enhanced that aspect.   Decided not to degrunge (she really didn't need it) and since it's going to be in a yearbook, thought doing too much retouching would be wrong.
