2. what serial# range?

3. did you purchase an extra lens? If yes, which?

It will be here after 1PM  today.  This is my 2nd kit - first one went back to B&H to take advantage of the "better" deal with the "free" lens. Bought my first one 3 weeks ago - No dust or Oil, s/N 3049XXX. Pity it was a good one. Hope the second one is as good.

Will let you know more after tonight.

I got mine from PCNation from pearl she gave me free overnight shipping the serial number was 301xxx my brother tested it starting shooting right away no dust no oil, she wanted me to keep in contact with her on any issues. So far so Good! I'm happy and my brother is too!

I'd be curious to hear if any of the cameras shipped by Amazon on or after Saturday, Dec 15, is of the 305XXXX kind...

Waiting impatiently for the brown truck.  Shipped yesterday from Adorama ... live so close that free ground shipping is next day for me   Will report S/N once it arrives.

Got mine yesterday, Amazon, 304 Series

That was a kit or just body with 301xxx?

Mine at UPS  atm , scary..... serial number.

Kit with lens from Amazon... Serial number in the 301xxxx range.
