Panasonic 45mm f/2.8 MACRO

Can anyone who owns this lens answer a couple questions?

1. Does the focus ring just keep turning, in other words there is no stop point at either end.

2. If you have an OM-D, do you use the OIS or not, since the OM-D has that built in to the body.

Thanks!
Dave

Just read this... Like all Micro 4/3 lenses, manual focus is done by wire, and so there are no hard stops on the focus ring.

Correct--there's no hard stop on the focus ring.

Wish I could help you with your question regarding the EM-5; I am seriously lusting after this camera, but it's just not in the budget right now However, I've been using this lens for the past two years on a Panny G1, and aside from hunting for focus (usually only when trying to shoot macro), I LOVE this lens--the quality of the photos I get with it are wonderful

No, you have a full & limit button to acquire focus faster, just like a telephoto lens may have. Its a great macro lens too. I use it 99% for my product photography.
