Re: Glamourish portrait

Fantastic. This is the 2nd pic I've seen posted here in the last few weeks with a colour tone that is both slightly 'steely' but manages to stay warm enough as well.

Maybe the last pic was yours as well?

How do you do this? Is it the lighting at the shoot or post or a bit of both, if you care to share?

Re: Glamourish portrait

Not sure wich images the other one is

but for me the lighting is all. I normally newer use more then 30 min in post so it is important to get it as right as possible at the beginning. And I often change color tones in post to get the feel I want from the image.

Very nice Devisor bravo...

With regard to the lighting it looks to me as though it was a beauty dish just very slightly left of the camera and above the model?

Re: Glamourish portrait

There is not much secret to it, the PLM gives a beautyfull light that is contrasty enough even for its size :). The most work to this was done in LR where split toning was done to get the color balance I wanted.

Wha...wha...wha...what...only one shot to share?

Don't be selfish! Share some of the other shots too.

I love the lighting. Very nice. I'm sure the model is simply ecstatic with her photos.
