Well there you go.
Looks like an excellent Kr successor.
Any ideas on the buffer size, particularly in RAW?

"i" was wondering what they would do with later versions of SAFOX.
Advanced SAFOX IXi

Looks to be the innards of the K-5 minus the the highest ISO output. I wonder if it will have + - 5 EV or less? 14 bits? probably not?

New AF tracking
In reply to intro, May 21, 2012

"The K-30's AF algorithm has also has been upgraded in All Areas . A new select-area expansion function allows the sensor unit to continue to track a moving subject, Even When it moves out of a pre-assigned area auto-tracking..."

from chasseur d'images forum

Noted the 77 segment metering system. Hence will the K-5's successor have more?

...and it looks like it has "proper" strap fixing points like those on the K-r/K-x/K-m/istD etc and not the slightly strange swivel type points of the K-5/K-7 that some folk have complained can rattle or click during videos...

These are not mutually exclusive. The OM-D is weather sealed and has an articulated display.

Wow... that's a lot of camera! For a "K-x replacement," this is getting up into K-5 territory!
