I use now a new setup to take 3D in-flight macro pictures. A few results:

Camera - setup:
2 x D300 + beamsplitter
F18 ISO 200 1/250
2 Flashes via TTL signals X and Q set at 1/32+2/3 power.
Original Frame 80mm camera stereobase 12mm, toe-in 10mm.
IR laser detection at 980 nm.
Shutter-lag 53 ms.

Thanks every one!

Recently I have an Asus 27 inch full HD 3D monitor purchased. Images on the monitor are even better when they are at full screen size. I'm still learning to optimize operations on the pictures. This is only a start, soon will be more new pictures on my Flickr account.
