Costco for refilling cartridges?

Costco in our area is now beginning to refill inkjet cartridges. Perhaps they have started in your area? What is the quality of the inks? How good is their product? Would you recommend it?
Thanks..

There was thread a few weeks ago about that. I did not bother to read it. Most of what Costco sells is good quality but on this one I rather buy Chinese carts.

I'm using a HP printer. HP has done tons of research to get their inks and paper to have long archival properties with minimum fading or color shifts. I only use genuine HP ink cartridges and photo paper for that reason and won't buy refilled ink cartridges.

You would be surprised if you knew how many well known quality labs are not using OEM inks and that most of them use third party papers.

Suggest you ask Costco what (specific) type of inks they are using -- for your Model printer. Then, try to research THAT specific type of ink. It is not likely that anyone has used the Costco refills long enough to have any specific (or definite) information regarding quality of their ink refill cartridges.

My main concern would be the Quality of the inks being used. Some non OEM inks are like different colors of Cool Aid and some are very good inks.

Bob, interesting regarding the refilling equipment but (as usual) for such reviews that there is no real information regarding what type of inks are being used.

I refill 3 of my Epson printers using the empty OEM cartridges and use inks form Inkjetcarts which I have been using for close to 5 years and the inks are enough like the Epson OEM inks that I don't need different Profiles for this ink and it is a very good Match for the Epson inks. I also have one R800 equipped with a CISS that uses the same inks as the other R800 that I reload. Also, I know the specific type inks.
