It all makes sense now. The image is better compositedas you did.
It was a good photographic decision in my opinion.

I agree the lense needs no additional blurring. That's the advantage
of a FF camera. I don't shot FF (1.3x and 1.6) and don't quite get
the degree of separation you can with the 5D. Very enticing for
since the 5D price has just come down.

Matthew,

I wanted to thank you for defending my choice to not post a RAW. You definately did not have to do that, so I appreciate it.

I see both sides of asking for a RAW, but this forum is not as much of a community as it is an informational forum. If this were tighter knit, I would have no problem posting a RAW. But I dont know the people here.

By the way, whoever did your website did an EXCELLENT job. VERY nice site.

Thank you for your encouragement. I think it was a wise decision not to share with a group this varied. Proof can be found in this post alone, since already there are many people using your background in their own photos without really asking your permission. I suppose it's all for fun and people here don't mean to rip off your image commercially, but if it were the raw file, the genie would be out of the bottle if you know what I mean.

Thanks for checking my website. I'm a partner at an ad agency and we have a killer interactive director that designed our new site. The new site went live today and we'll be refining it throughout the week with additional content.

Now, if I could get him to spend some time with my photo portfolio site...
