FP602 vs Dimage D7i

Sorry foir asking so many questions, but I've been debating between the 707, 602, and now the Minolta D7i. Concidering the higher price point of the 707, I'll leave it out of the debate.

I can get the D7i for a little more than the 602. So what features set it apart from the D7i? Considering for just around $150 more I can get a true 5mp sensor with the same manual focus ring, 28 to 200mm, why should I buy the 602? I'm not knocking it. I just want reasons why the 602 is a better/equal camera. And no, I don't really care about the great video mode on the 602. : )
