Help with Nikon Capture Camera Control

Hej,
Can someboby out there tell me why Nikon Capture Camera Control don't detect my D70 when I start the program, and has my camara correctly connected and on. PC is showing. Am I doing something wrong or have I forgotten to do something.
I'll be happy if you can help me.
