Nikon should provide FREE tool to load custom curves?

I was just thinking about this with all the PS CS vs. Capture, Curves questions, and Is it worth it to buy Capture, etc...

Shouldn't Nikon provide a tool to load curves? I mean it's not really fair to expect customers to shell out an additional $100 to load curves...Yes, I know capture offers other features, but what if I'm really not interested, and I want to just use the feature already on my camera called "custom curve"?

Anyway, just a thought...any ideas?
