MB-D100 conector question.

For my highspeed photography I will make a homemade laserunit to connect to the MB-D100 grip. I'm looking for the signal description of the ten-pin remote terminal.

I just order the MC-22 remote cords but the lead time is a few weeks. Is there someone thats have a pinout of this connector and a description?

How much delay is there between closing the contacts on the grip and the photo taken?
